    There were many boats trolling the same area 4 of them (including us) were friends with 2 people in each boat.

    We prefer Hickory for the majority of what we do.

    50/50 Apple and Cherry mix or Alder is good for fish.

    3 c Brown Sugar
    1/2 - 3/4 c Kosher Salt (to taste)
    1 TBSP Black Pepper

    I'd try 3 c Brown Sugar and cut back on the amount of Kosher Salt.
