I've dug / flipped rocks on low tides between Oyster Point and Candlestick before... Found decent amount but I suggest a gas mask.. Almost threw up a few times from the stench of flipping those bay rocks haha

    pile worms /blood worms

Was down at Point Isabel dog area in Richmond walking on the rocky beach picking up these worms in the rocks /pebbles .We used to dig these in the mud flats in Maine at low tide . Didn't know they were on the west coast . Has anybody seen them here or dug for them ?
