Yup, the cats in the AR eat brown trout now.

I've caught plenty of catfish in the Deep Water Channel. And as a beginner, if I can catch them, you can too :) It would be a short drive for you from Roseville.

In KL, go west at 4th st. Cross the slue bridge. When you do, look to your left (South) up the slue and you will see a small dam. Turn left on Rd. 108, go past the boat ramp and park on top of the levee before you get to the dam. Fish half way between the boat ramp and the dam. Google KL, look at a map and my direction will be clear to you. All the usual bait works for the cats there.
I FISH, THEREFORE I CUSS AND LIE!

Don't claim it is best. Go back to where caught that Striper . Cats live there also. Chance at both.
