Do you even need a net for those minnows you're catching..?

    Re: Landing net handle

I buy Frabil handles and nets. Mine Stows compact and extends to 4 ft or 8 ft. At 8ft you want to lift the fish not rock it on the gun'l. The hoops are interchangeable with the handle. Just a couple of screws and you're done.

It was even a week replacement after Metalcraft Warehouse closed but was the best second choice. Yet another loss to online small piece metal buying?

    Re: Landing net handle

I don't know what kind of hoop you have but what I did was buy another net with an extendable handle that had the same handle/hoop attachment but a different hoop size. In my case, I had a trout/kokanee hoop and bought one with a striper/salmon size hoop. Now, I can interchange hoops on the same extendable handle. I just swap hoops depending on what species I'm chasing.
