Lakes that get low for a while have a feed explosion for a year or two or three.

Indian valley res. has been devestated the last several years. The lake was drained to the point where there was very little water in it. I am not aware of any plants to the lake but that doesn’t mean there hasn’t been some but I doubt it. If the lake recovers as a fishery it will take years. Kind of sad as I really like the remote Indian valley lake.

Have they replanted Indian Valley resevoir with Kokanee?

Was looking at the state reservoir water levels and saw that IVR was above normal now at 76 percent full. I think its been a couple years since it got really low. Anybody know if that fishery is rebounding?
