    You'll need to get out of the saltwater. Higher in the system.

    Welcome,

    Most of the area reservoirs will have some panfish, but as mentioned above, the delta is a prolific panfish location. Panfish are often overlooked for Salmon, Stripers, Sturgeon and Bass, but most sloughs hold panfish. Bobber and worm in 5-10' of water near weeds, docks, pilings, any type of structure will locate bluegill and others. Same places with small jigs can also kick out some crappie. Best part about it is, you don't need a $50,000 boat and more in gear, and no super secret honey holes.
