    Re: California Bass Fishing

That's the info I have. Plus:

As the center of EBMUD’s drinking supply, to comply with state law which prohibits body contact with the lake, personal water crafts, water skiing, and lake swimming are not permitted.
A lot of reservoirs are...hmmm whaddya call them? Oh ya...reservoirs and we can still touch the water! No thanks I'll pass, especially at those prices. Never been there and never will now.

I never fish Pardee because of the steep entry fee. Someday I'll bite the bullet though.

    California Bass Fishing

Today we fish a smaller lake located in Amador County, Ione Ca. It is one of the Motherlode Lake's & has both Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass as well as Rainbow / Brown Trout, Catfish, Carp, Bluegill, Sunfish, Crappie, & Pike Minnow's. Today we were focusing on Bass fishing & did very well. It was a good day, the fish were active & Feeding Heavily biting just about everything. Other Motherlode lake's include Lake Camanche, New Hogan, New melones, & Lake Amador. If you get a chance they are all excellent fishery's, & offer some of California's finest fishing.
