    We were at Caples on Thursday and only had a few bites from shore. One boat with a couple of guys on caught a Mac bottom bouncing a minnow on a flasher setup. It looked to be about 5 or 6 lbs...…..Jetspray

    I was there at Caples Mon, Thurs, and Silver on Wed. Hardly anyone out.

    Don't know if they planted or not. Was up there last weekend, and there were at least a hundred people at each lake. They go quick with that much pressure.

    CDFW is stocking but at a reduced amount of fish. CDFW's new motto is "less is more".

    Fished lake 8/3. 3 rainbows - all planters. Hot spot was past Resort towards Spillway.
