    Plenty fishable at those flows. Just adjust have to fish slightly different water. Look for more seams and tailouts.

    Most area's that were being waded in @1750 CFM will be too deep. The water will be cold and fast. Boat or bank fishing will be the safest bet.

    Friday will be 5200 CFS by 8:00 AM. I was going to go tomorrow morning, but will cancel those plans after seeing the rate at which flows are being raised.

    I am fairly new fishing the AR for steelhead but was hoping to get out Friday. Will it even be fishable with these increased flows?

    Just pulled this off the CDEC and Folsom has reached winter capacity. Now the gates will be opened and the river will rise. DON'T get stranded and be safe.
