    Mine sure doesn't. However, I cant imagine that down rigger cable is that expensive, they have huge spools of it at most hardware stores.

    It's why it is fishing, deep is the ususal for most lakes in the summer unless there is a river inlet with good water flow. It was not a complete bust with one in the box though......Jetspray
