    Anything Caught This Past Weekend?

Yup, those fish are hauling ass till they hit colder water. Gotta go up north where they slow down. I know the Rio vista water temps are above 70 degrees. Those fish don’t slow down there until it gets below 70. We’re expected to have multiple days in the area that are close to triple digits. So Rio Vista probably won’t hit till September.

The Feather was slow on Wed , might have been 6 guys fishing the Outlet Wed afternoon , saw one fish roll in an 1.5hrs. Kinda strange that they are later than usual this season but that's Mother Nature .....
The Sac imo is better than the Feather right now ... They're spread throughout the river ... If your in the right place and time you can get bit ... They're small pods of 10 /20 fish moving up river fast to get to that cold water below Woodson bridge .... Kwikfish and Roe are your best bets and they're also getting them (snagging)with jigs ...

You had the same expectations I did. Verona was good the week before, and I though this past weekend would be good, but it was the pits.
Taking off and flying is easy, it's the landings that will kill you.

Oh Yeah!...Salmon!...Everything else is just practice.

Jigged Freeport for a few hours, ended up just trolling crankbaits for bass down back to Merrits. Guess a few were hooked early early on the jigging drift.
