Possibly going out of Santa Cruze on Sunday 11-25 weather permitting.I have only crabbed once in H.M.B. so I am very wet behind the ears. Anybody have any suggestions where to go,what deph,bait ,ect. ? Any info would greatly be appreaciated.:readinghelp0wn:

Tom,

Head north toward Davenport from Sant Cruz and drop your pots around 150’ ~ 200’ using squid, anchovies, mackerel, and sardine baits.
I was planning to head out on Thanksgiving’s day for few hours soak, but might not able to due to the big swell and little bit of wind according to NOOA.

Thanksfor the info.Will give it a try if the weather permits.Is there any other local areas around Monterey to drop my pots?
