Left Minden at 0430 temp at 9 degrees. Hit pea soup ice fog in Reno that lasted past Spanish Springs. Temp at Blockhouse in the low to mid teens with a 5 mph south wind that lowered that another 5 degrees of wind chill. The cold lasted all day with the temps never reaching 30 degrees dispite clear skies and calm wind. BigB and Okie were there as well but besides them few were fishing there today. The fishing was cold as well. Managed only two fish all day. A nice 22 inch fish in the dark and a 19 inch fish that Bill took to the Korean ladies at the church. Brian and Bill it was nice fishing with you. Didn't take many pictures because I didn't want to remove my gloves all that often.

Good try CC. No skunk but a cold few for sure. I wish the bite was hot but sometimes I'm glad it's not, otherwise I might have to stand in the cold again up there.

It looks like Brian is using his new outfit that he bought at the ISE.
