My 93 year old nieghbor presented this vintage fishing gear to me. At least that's what it looks like to me. Does anyone agree?

Did he give you any history on them? If they are not replicas looks early native American, cool stuff. Maybe give the Indian museum here in Sac a call.

pretty cool stuff. I guess those little ones are hooks and the bobber thing is a bobber?

Looks like "sinew" fishing line(animal tendons)...

I'm forwarding the photos to some experts. I'll let you know if it ends up being of interest. To answer your question, my neighbor doesn't recall the origin but she believes it was something her father had amoung his possessions she found after his passing.

Old gear is awesome to see and imagine catching fish with them. I worked with a guy once who bought a vintage flyset box at a garage sale for $5 (about 20 flies) and he sold them to a collector for $150.
