This was a rebuild of one of my Dads old trout rods done in pink and purple for my little fishergirl. Epoxy over Eva with a G-urishi above the forgrip, Cali Abalone shell from bodega bay area. Gonna be a striper slayer.....

Great work, I have a Diawa Sealine rod that was my dad's. It needs a re-wrap/new eyes. Is this expensive to get started in?

guide wraps can be done with just some thread, epoxy and some kind of tensioning device, or a power wrapper can be bought for 350-800 bucks. It's not really inexpensive to get started in my opinion but once you have all the stuff all you need to by are to components. It's only a little cheaper to build one than buy but this way you get exactly what you want.
