Holly and I went out of Fort Bragg rockfishing Sunday.
Holly just killed em, including this nice vermilion, a total of 6 lings plus her limit of various rocks. The highlight of my day was a vermilion and a double hook up that had an olive and a nice yellowtail. The downside of the trip was my breakfast ending up in the ocean.

Very nice trip, could have done without the 12ft swells though :). Can't wait to do it again!!! Met up with a Sniffer writer named Paul, good guy..

I heard the wind kicked up pretty good...

When they start referring to "BLOWDEGA"...you know its time to go home and wait for the fog to roll in. ;)

there's the report.how could I miss that? Sounds like overall a good trip, and I assume that it is the Noyo harbor in the pic? Looks calm, as opposed to the swell you were mentioning. a good distraction from your recent loss... :)

Yepper, that is the harbor. Out on the water is all I was gonna do to keep fishing, let alone take pictures. ;)
