I have been looking for salinity rates in the different bays to see what is habitable but there is little information on the net. About how far up will sharks and rays go in the bay system? Would it be reasonable to target them east of the Carquinez Strait?

Several were caught at the fleet this past weekend.

In the last couple months I've caught 4 sand sharks, 5 leopards and 1 monstrous bay ray on the north side of the benicia bridge.... And that was on eel and roe....so yeah I think you could target them pretty well right there. One of the leopards was a PB for me too.

Very cool, now I just need to find a few spots I have confidence with in the area.
