Dry rub of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cooked upright, like a beer butt, minus the can. quartered orange and fresh herbs inside.

My wife cooked one in the traditional method, in case my barrel turkey ignites, and burns to a crisp, like the year we had her family all the way from Texas. Man, they were impressed....

My wife's beauty.

Lots of delicious sides, shared with our loved ones and friends, during my favorite holiday of the year.
