So I've seen some Mexican dishes going around on this site.Here's a good drink to have with a spicy Mex dinner or enjoy on any day.There are makers that have Chelada's out like Bud Chelada,etc.,but I like to (make my own) as I like mine spicy.


Juice a dozen limes into a pitcher.

Add:
3/4 oz Worcestershire sauce

3/4 oz Maggi seasoning(found in Mexican grocery shops)

3/4 oz Mexican hot sauce(I prefer Tapatio)Cholula works good too.Add more if you want it *very spicy.

Add all this to the pitcher of limes.

Refrigerate till ready to use.

To serve:
Fill a 12 oz cup or 16 oz pint glass with crushed ice or icecubes and add a generous tablespoon of the above mixture to you glass.

Top off with your Favorite Mexican beer( I like Modelo,Tecate,Pacifico)Bud Light is fine too.You also can use a five-liter Heineken Draught keg or a five-liter Coors Lite keg too if you are making a lot at a time.

If you want to you can rub the outside of the glass with lime and salt too.

I also add some fresh cooked peeled shrimp with tail off to this drink also.

I don't see why that would have to accompany dinner, can't you just have that for dinner by its self???? [smiley=party.gif]

Wow, I got to try that.. I have one fishing buddy that picks up a couple of the Bud Cheladas in the 24oz cans before each outing but i'm betting this recipe is way better.
