Another created on the spot tonight. Family liked it. Enjoy.

2 Fish Fillets ( trout, Steelhead or Salmon )
1 large Red Onion sliced thin
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 C Butter - Cold works better
1 Garlic clove
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 Dried Parsley

Heat oven to 350 F.

In a food processor combine butter, salt, pepper, garlic, honey, basil and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

In a shallow baking dish, spray with non stick cooking spray or lightly butter if you choose.

Place onions in dish to make a bed for the fillets.

Place fillets on onions.

Place drops of the butter all over the fillets.

Bake ( I used 1 pound fillets and took 30 minutes ) until fillets flake easily with a fork and are lightly browned.
