This recipe was tried tonight and was rock your socks off good. It was served with my special mashed potatoes and all buried in a pork & mushroom gravy. I'm still in afterglow and just had to post this recipe. 5 stars!

PORK ROAST WITH HORSERADISH AND HERBS

1 (2 lb to 3 lb) pound lean boneless pork rib roast/ loin roast,
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed

Preheat oven to 350: F. Place pork roast in a shallow baking pan. Rub
horseradish over the surface of meat. Set aside. In a small bowl,
combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over roast. Place roast,
uncovered, in oven. Cook about 1 1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer
registers 160: F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice to serve.

When I saw the presentation on the plate I thought, "Man, I should take a picture of this." But my stomach vetoed the thought and started chowing down.

That was great. *I tried it tonight so thanks for sharing it. *The horseradish gave it a kick 8-) *The asparagus was $4.99 for a small bundle so I had to substitute it for an artichoke. *I'm OK with paying $2.99 for it but I thought $4.99 was a little much for the amount in the bundle. *It was great and my daughter gobbled it all up ;)
