...my wife said if I count a trout before I got a bass or a catfish, I'd have to cook it for her. The problem is, I've never cooked one before! Does anyone have a trout recipe that I can use??? Maybe something with veggies!?!? Help!!!

Here's an easy one. Gut the trout, stuff with onionsand zucchini put some butter and pepper in the cavity as well, wrap in tinfoil and Bar-B-Q for 15 mins!
Easy and Good!

Is that 15 minutes and turn? It's going to take a while to get the zucchini hot in the center of the fish. *;)

No trout, unless it is a big laker, takes 15 minutes on the barbaque. *A regular planter size would be about 1/2 that time. *

If you like the above recipe, think about sauteing the vegetable first.

Go to the Cookin Your Catch board for several trout recipes. *Do a search on "Trout" within that board.

Lemon pepper, salt and butter, wrap in foil and bbq with veggies.
Also, Macormack's (sp) grilling spices and butter is good too.
