Post up if it works. I would like to see that. I fillet my fish but they still have some bones.

I don't know of a method that will get the pin bones out of Salmonids short of making a small slit and removing that lateral section or going after it with a pair of needle nose pliers.

Ive done the needle nose pliers but don't have the patents for it. If I fillet it that is the best you get. have to pick out the other bones. It is still better then how my dad used to do it just gutting and skinning them.
