Here it is:

4-5 gallons of water
2 bags of Zatarains crab boil
2 quartered onions
1 head of peeled garlic
3-5 oz cajun hot sauce (crystal, tobasco, etc)
3 lemons jucied then through in the rinds
1/2 cup salt
24 beers ( 1 for the mixture 23 for you and your friends)
150-200 crawdads.
Brinf the water to a full boil and dump in the bugs. Boil *4 minutes. Turn off the fire and let them soak for about 3 minutes. Dump in a gallon of cold water or ice ( You want to just kill the boil yet stay hot)
Let themsoak 15 to 20 min. to absorb the spices. Enjoy!

very cool recipe!i love crawdads!!!!and glad to hear that only one can of suds was sacrificed ! ;) :D
