Ok, aside from salt and pepper and oil, what do you like to take with you if you are camping and plan on eating your days catch?

I always like to bring garlic and onion powders, lemon pepper is also a good one, and of course a bit of hot sauce. I will sometimes bring butter in lieu of oil but oil is so much easier to deal with.

We found ground almond powder at Trader Joe's. It makes a nice crust for skinless filets.

Olive oil in the spray can is even easier. *If it's fish for dinner, I would recommend a little Dill with it. Maybe a fresh lemon would be helpful. How about sides? *Fried potatoes, maybe some parsley besides what you have listed. Asparagus calls for a little Tarragon and Chervil. I like some sort of Chile (Chipolte) powder just in case. If you added a little Celery Salt, Worcestershire, and Tabasco, you could have a bloody Mary with it. A can of peaches or pears might be nice with some Cinnamon. I also carry a little Rosemary, Basil and Italian seasoning. *Get some small travel containers and label them. Toss them in a gallon freezer bag and your good to go.

MM 8-) ;D 8-)

Hey now, we're not stopping for lunch.

There is a stove and BBQ on the boat. ;)
