Hi everyone I have played around with my sqiud steaks and I have prefected a way to prepare these squid steaks for dinner.

1. Drop squid steaks into boiling water for 30 seconds. Cool and then remove the membranes from both sides of the steaks.
2. With a meat hammer tenderize the steaks on both sides just a few wacks until the meat is loostened up but not to much or you will turn it into mush.
3. Chop up 3 or 4 cloves or garlic, or as much garlic as you like. We love garlic so we use 6 cloves. Put garlic in a frying pan with 1Tbl of butter, olive oil or margarine. 4. Turn on medium high and cook until garlic is starting to just begin to brown.
5. Put in squid steaks and cook 2 minutes on each side. This is for 1/2 inch steaks for thinner steaks cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Do not over cook
6. Serve with the chopped garlic from the pan on top of steak.
