beer,flour, salt and pepper. heat up the oil to 320 degrees and have at it. ;)

(Here is one adapted from my Moms fried chicken)
For filets...
Dip in egg wash (a couple of beaten eggs with a little salt and pepper),
then coat in flour, shake off the excess,
then dip in buttermilk,
then dip in bread crumbs (or crunched up cornflakes or dried and crumbed up corn bread) that have a little garlic salt and pepper mixed in, shake off the excess,
And deep fry or pan fry.
Crunchy on the outside...Yummy on the inside.
A little tarter sauce and a cold beverage and all is good! ;D
