This rub works really good on ribs and will work equally as well on any Pork or Beef. Use plenty of rub and let them sit awhile before cooking. Smoking them low and slow works the best. ;)

Barbecue Rib Rub
Single Batch

4 T. Paprika
2 T. Chili Powder
2 T. Brown Sugar
2 T. Salt
1 T. White Sugar
1 T. Cumin
1 T. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Onion (Granulated or Powder)
1 tsp. Garlic (Granulated or Powder)
tsp. Dry Mustard
tsp. Red Pepper

Bulk Batch

2 C Paprika
