Sometimes, you have to make hard choices. Overpopulation of protected birds, seals, bears versus the endangered fish species. The public by and large dislike the killing of the glamorized predatory wildlife species and so the approach draws many opponents and bring the blame on something else. While the loss of habitat due to logging, building of dams, farming, fossil fuel consumption, industrialization, etc... are the major causes of decline of many predator and prey species alike, sometimes when managing whatever we have left, will force us to make the unpopular choice for immediate relief, something that you can do right now, instead of rhetoric on the bigger issues that is harder to tackle.

So what would you rather do?
