Wednesday afternoon I was scheduled for a semi annual vascular checkup at the VA in Reno. I had been contacted by Cal916bear who wanted to try Pyramid for the first time on Wednesday. I told him that I couldn't fish beyond 1100 but that I would be willing to meet with him early and show him the ropes. Joe and a fishing buddy met with me at 0630 at Crosbys. They picked up some fishing stuff and permits and we headed 9 miles south to Blockhouse. The sky was clear and the temps in the upper 20s and there was a brisk wind from the southeast. Okie, with some donuts, met with us at 0930. Overall the fishing while I was there was very slow. We got 2 LCT. A 22 inch Summit male getting dressed up for the spawn and a 24 inch Summit hen. I left at 1100 but Joe and his friend were going to stay until late afternoon. Hopefully they connected with more fish. Joe it was nice meeting with you and your friend (whos name I cant remember). Maybe you'll get Pyramid fever. Bill. Nice seeing you again and thanks for the donuts.

Nice action!

Hoe your tests came out good.

Ya, all the numbers in my black book now are Doctors, dentists, vets, insurance agents and lawyers.

Tests were good. Doctors maybe. None of them other folks.:guns:

Well I didnt have the results I hoped for after vigorously planning and studying the lake via google for 2 weeks, but the company and weather was nice so better than bieng at work! Thanks again Richard and Bill for showing me the ropes and the tasty donuts and lures! I will be back again soon now that I got a box full of pyramid gear and basic knowledge. Thinking maybe next time I come I will stay the night in reno the night before instead of waking up at 315am haha

Joe. Crosby's has rooms and trailers for rent at fair rates. They also serve dinners and such.
