This is my favorite tool for re-sizing digital pictures for posting on the sniffer boards:

http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm

It is very easy to use and unlike most similar programs, it lets you re-size an entire folder of pictures at once instead of one at a time. *It also automatically creates a new folder for the re-sized images so that you don't accidentally overwrite the originals.

Doc, thanks for the link! Maybe it will end some of my picture posting frustration! Or maybe I should just stop catching so many fish! If you don't mind I'd like to post the link up on the Striper Board..

FISH ON!

Sure, it's freeware.

BTW, I found a modification for the board software that will automatically re-size pictures and avatars. Rich would probably not be willing to risk crashing the forums to install it however. >:(

I would like to add one more
It's called Powertoy. It's a Microsoft program from Microsoft and it's FREE
Simply download run the file. To resize a picture just go to the picture right click resize. No loading a program or any of that.

Only problem with the Powertoy Image re-sizer is that you can only re-size to standard dimensions like 640X480 or 320X240, unless they have updated the tool.
