Iíve been looking for a rod for my cousin so he doesnít have to keep using my stuff. Primarily would be for trolling in the sac metro area for salmon, but we may use it for stripers or halibut sometimes as well, but the priority is for River salmon trolling flashers with cut plugs or just a spinner. I came across this, but canít figure out the line rating and how much weight it can hold. We troll with 2-8oz... I donít know what Power 2 means. I see this company also makes mooching and center pin(fly?) rods.

I'd just buy him this rod... It's what I use for cut plugs 10'6... My 8'6 are also these rods... The 8'6 are also my salmon and striper trolling rods...

Most manufactures have a 2 power as a light power rod. Would be a good steelie rod but probably not for trolling 2-8oz

Looks like they're popular in Canada eh...
Not a ton of dope on them, but their 5 power mooching rod is rate 12-25
So that 2 power is probably. 6-12

Did anyone find any additional info on the
Trophy XL Titan TTCT2106 10'6" Power 2 Salmon/Steelhead Trigger Casting Rod 2 Pc? Action, line rating? Would it be a good rod for baitcasting spinners for salmon?
