Well I've been looking for Lyman plugs online to diversify the arsenal(I know that new plastic Lyman's are available in limited colors)and stumbled on another company out of Canada(Best Lure co) that makes a very similar(especially in their tailless series)wooden trolling plug at a competitive price to Lyman's new plastic plugs...my question is does anyone have any experience or knowledge of these lures(they just started making them I guess in 2016)?..do they have a similar action to Lyman plugs?..is quality good?..etc...think I'm gonna buy a couple and try em out before I go overboard but any feedback would be appreciated

I have plenty of the Lyman's in wood of all sorts of sizes, the plastics I have are similar in action. You might want to try GVF's draggin's they are great as well......Jetspray

The tailless lures look identical to Lyman’s. Action should be about the same.

The lures with the tails....?

I’m going to try these this year. They have a small dorsal fin and two small pectoral fins. The tail is too small though.

Lures are old from the 40s/ 50s. I don’t know what action they have... probably like a flatfish or mag lip

GVF's Draggins I think are better but that's just my experience.

Don lives closer than most in Bordertown, and those lures should do the trick.:1fish0023mn:....Jetspray
