Bill had a great day catching fish.

I passed my test today with flying colors.

That would be the test to get certified as a professional netter.

Hope your operation tomorrow goes well Bill

Those were some outstanding fish gentlemen must have been a nice day out. Richard and Jeff were fishing the shoreline today too. I imagine they will have a report too......Jetspray

I can develop my one handed behind the back technique.

Fished Blockhouse for 5 hours for a big nothing. Jeff got one chub on a spoon. It was a beautiful day. Perhaps too beautiful.

follow up on surgery is 1-04, might be able to go sometime after that. no pain yet,
thumb still feels funny when I move it. they checked blood pressure in left
arm and said "you need a pint of blood, I told them no, that's normal. the nurse said, "we haven't found anything about you that's normal , I replied, "I haven't either".

Whatever you do, don't try to move your shoulder in any way.

Shore anglers were very few at Pelican and nonexistant at the North Nets. Fish are still in 20' to 30' and deeper.

I can develop my one handed behind the back technique.

Saw that Jake, the son of Marinpaul, got a 16# fish at Okie Beach on Wednesday. Seems that the fish were just south of us.

I cant, it's wrapped in something with Velcro on the inside,
with straps around my tummy, sling around my neck, with
several Velcro strips holding my arm in a sling. Unable to
move my arm in any direction. Thumb still numb. May be
able to fish soner than expected now that I know I can hold
my pole in my left hand and just reel with the right. But
still expect a couple of weeks, hope to get more info on 1-4.

Good to hear you're not going to be laid up for a long time like you thought. Get well soon.

CCWe went out there today also trolled the South end with plugs and spoons. Got 10-12 to the boat and a lot of hit and misses. The moon sure was big the last 1/2 hour or so but not quite full.

Don if you want to fish to the south you might want to look at the launch area Popcorn. May be good for smaller boats.
