in Windsor, just north of Santa Rosa, take the first healdsburg exit and go left on Old redwood Hwy, turn right at your first stopsign, the gravel ponds are about 6 miles down the road on the right.

punch in Windsor, CA, find Shiloh Rd, it runs east to west just south of Windsor, Follow an imaginary line from where Shiloh Rd ends west about two miles, next to the Russian River you will see 8 ponds in a row, that is them, you can fish the last two legally, the rest are sneak in only.

gave it a shot last night for a few hours, a few bites nothing landed, the park closes at 8:30 which definitly takes away from the prime time of fishing. report from a few locals on Monday landed three cats to 8lbs fishing C liver.

Not worth driving to unless your a local or you like to sit and watch the trees sway. When they first openened last year they were fished to death... good for a few months and then nothing. No vegitation grows in the center only around shore becuase it was a gravel pit prior to a drench conecting them to the russian. Some bass from time to time - mostly small. I did catch a cat but it was only one after several days/weeks of trying different things. >:(
