Hey fellas,

I'm in the process of replacing some bunker brackets on my trailer and need to get my boat off the trailer in order to make the repairs. I figured I would get in a day of fishing and kill two birds with one stone.

Are there any lakes near the East Bay where I can launch my boat with its 2-stroke engine?

thanks,
RW

PS For info, I'm more than willing to take people fishing!

All the lakes are two stroke freindly but you must pass a mussle inspection so make sure there is no water anywhere in your boat or in the motor, or since your in berkley your can launch out of there and if you need a slip there rates are pretty good. I also hear that they are starting to pick up a couple of halibut out there now.

I thought I read that San Pablo Res. required a 4-stroke?

san pablo is 4 stroke, lafayette res is electric only, chabot is electric only.

del valle allows 2 strokes, and anywhere in the delta is ok.
