One easy way to resize photos is to use the "Paint" program (I run Windows XP). It is under "accessories". Simply open the program, go to "file" then "open" and locate your photo. When it loads in "Paint" go to Stretch/Skew and you can size it just about any way you would like. Hope this helps!

Paint is a good way to go but another option is (among many others) Irfanview. It's a free image editing program and you can download it here: http://www.irfanview.com/ I do a lot of image editing for my websites (cropping, resizing, compressing, brightening/darkening etc.) and Irfanview works great for all my needs.

10th or so down on the right. Download it, install it, and then all you have to do is right mouse an image and select resize pictures. I have used it for a few years; it doesn't get any easier.

I posted a link for a Google utility earlier. But the Powertoy tool suggested by Bassassin is much easier to use.
