Fished with friend Charles today for 2 keepers. First fish was in the shallow water above the sandbar in 8' of water, caught on roe. Fish measured out at 47". After a quick pic the fish was released.Moved a couple more times with no luck, finally ended up around Buoy 2 for the outgo and landed a 60" fish. Tagged the fish and headed in. This fish took eel. Heard a couple "6 pack" boats with oversize and keepers, and a few private boaters. It sounded like everyone was catching them today. Enjoy the pics

Wow sounds like a great day. Myself and others went to powerlines this morning about 8. within 10 minutes had to turn around and get three others whose boat wouldnt start. As soon as we got off the phone, a friend of mine hooked onto a 40". Then we went and picked up our friends just to find the boat next to us moved to our spot and hooked onto what looked like a keeper. >:( All within 30 to 45 minutes. But that happens i guess.

Zack,
I am thankful that I have a digital one of that pic also, better quality than the camera phone.

RENOBOYS... If you ever want to hop on (my treat) let me know, no need to drag that boat down every weekend to chase the dynos. Great job on those last fish.

Right on Fishinsturgeon- we will definitely keep that in mind!!! Thank you.

Is that your boat at the Martinez marina that I see?

Not sure which one is you, what does it look like--

That is a great picture, we have some nice ones of the sunset/sunrise too!! There are some awesome "kodak moments" from the delta

Better jump on that young buck.
Not only is Capt. Jeremy a professional sturgeon guide he ain't no "new jack". He has been in the game for a loooong time and a lot of what guys like him consider common knowledge would put you head and shoulders over the rest.
ZACK!
