Man what a great day....a lil chilly but GREAT fishing.

40+ Halibut about 30 keepers I think......9 Stripers, ALL over 10 lbs!

Me and my baby
16lb'er and only the 3rd largest on the boat!
Looks like this baby ate ALOTTA shrimp...got greedy and ate my anchovie too.....shouldnt of got greedy!
I got cut out of picture when I loaded this for some reason, Im on the right....barely! LOL Nice fish though...
Check out those Halibut....there's a big one in there!
So anyways, we fished just inside the bay bridge and then moved over to the rock pile right next to alcatraz....great fishing!!

If you ever want to get a charter, I HIGHLY suggest the Captain Hook! Not because they put us on fish, although that was GREAT! BUT mainly because they were on it! The Captain (Dave) was a great guy, the 2 deck hands....and Im sorry, I cant remember both their names but BOTH were awesome! FRIENDLY and ON THE BALL....

If you look up http://emeryvillesportfishing.com/ you'll find the site...

I fished aboard the CAPTAIN HOOK, the website says the Captain in Mike but I think Dave is the new Captain. Nothing against whoever Mike is but we were really happy with Cpt. Dave!

I think the price was $90 per person.....

We were fishing just inside the bay bridge for the Halibut and then drifting live bait right next to Alcatraz or the rock piles as they called it

Thanks for info , Brother inlaw and i went out on the Salmon Queen with Capt. Craig and Tony today , talk about Stripers it was totaly awsome . We had 16 limits in a little over 2 hours, All quality fish 7-20 pounds. Then we went for the halibut and we did not do as well think there where 9 keepers. But a better time for the price you just can't go wrong. Will get some pic's back next week and post ;). good luck and tight lines all
