Fished just past the end of the rock wall for one keeper at 46"
Perfect day on the water..
Alot of boats out today... I gave out a sniffer hail but no reply

Thanks for the report Cracker Jacks. Did you get him on the in-coming or out-going tide and about how deep? Vallejo must have been a little shallow this morning, if you launched there.

Just at the end of the out. Stopped at Norms for bait ... spitting mud in and on the way out * :o
Some day they will dredge that spot ,, i hope.
Launched in napa .. no problems
Got'm on chovies ... who need all that fancy bait *

Hey Cracker

Do you fish the napa river too? My father and I we fish it all the time. Its where my Son, father and I all hooked our first sturgeon. I also landed a nice 20 lb striper. So far with the weather and some family matters we havent fish it but 3 times or so this year. But shes given 2 keeper sturgeons. Very few nice Stripers so far.

Your right about the Vallejo launch. I have seen few boats paddle in or out.
I use to fish the peir when I first moved to Vallejo. Its where I landed my first keeper striper 15 lbs.
