The goose is the bomb!

All shot with an Olympus E-3 and the 50-200 SWD 2.8-3.5 except the Clear Lake shot which was the 12-60 SWD 2.8-4.

All shot RAW and processed in Aperture.

The bald eagle shot was at ISO 200, f/5.6, 1/2000.

Chief - GREAT shots! Especially like the Canada goose. Wonderful color and detail in the feathers. And am always fond of AWESOME bald eagle photos!

Mooch - You can sometimes find tech specs of a photo if it's EXIF data has been carried along through the edit and upload processes.

Right "click" on a posted photo to save it to your hard drive then use FastStone Viewer to check it out. *Here's what it looks like.

I didn't think I'd get that information from his photo that was posted. Sure 'nuff - there it is! 8-)

You can also get that info without the viewer just by bringing up the properties (in Windows) and click on the details pane....

Are you looking at the picture on the Sniffer forum or after saving it to your computer when you find info in "properties" and "detail."? Maybe using Window's photo and fax viewer?

Hummm ... I tried from my file managers and get no exif data from "properties." You may be teaching an old dog a new trick!

I'm saving the file to my PC, the RIGHT-clicking on the file and selecting properties. There's no detail pane if you are on XP - Details is in Vista. If you're on XP, click the Summary tab, then click 'Advanced'.

If you're on a Mac, then I can't help you, but I'm sure it's even easier! ;D

Hey! That works. I've got XP and it's a little awkward, but good to know it's there. THANKS!
