True FF... True.

I just got off the phone with Chris, and Fisherman4life put a 55 inch PIGG in the boat that weighed 70 lbs. Yes, that's SEVEN ZERO POUNDS :o :o :o Chris also landed another 42 incher, just before his vessel was boarded by the Coast Guard. No worries, the only defficiency they found was that he left the registration in his truck and left him with no more than a warning.

Since the last report they landed a big old 63 incher, caught by F4L (according to Chris F4L has the hot hand) and released an 80 incher. They have all been really fat, even the shakers.

What area are they catching all these fish?
I was out yesterday and there wasn't much going on? The radio was very silent. We only got one 37 inch shaker.

It was all in Bouy 31. Right in that channel the fish finder lights right up. (I know its a little late now...BUT) Fish the early morning flood and then hit it at about 7:00 pm and you'll boat a fattie guaranteed.

From F4L comin at ya! ;D ;D

I just got the voicemail from Chris, and the final tally for his boat was something like 3 keeps on the stringer, 2 keepers C&R, 3 over slot, and 3 or 4 under slot. Not a bad outing.

F4L, don't be getting any kind of silly ideas like it's always like that ;)

Well, conditions were right for this outing. Im sure the nature changes over time. But for this day and probably the next few, 31 has been a nice little hole.
