Hey Guys, I just bought a 12' Aluminum boat with a 15 hp Evinrude. I noticed the other day that there is water coming out of the exhaust holes on the back of the shaft, Is this normal? This is my first boat so I have no real experience. The engine runs fine, no loss of power. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank in advance!

Thanks Huggy, for replying so fast! So, is it supposed to be a steady stream or not? because it is not a steady stream. Thanks again!

no it shouldnt be a stream per say but there shouldalways be water ther if not it will over heat its a sign that your not pumping water to your engine if there is no water there
