:) Yep thats right folks finally talked Phyllis in to making a run up to Washington and visit our grandson connor so Grandpa could get him out on his first salmon trip. Connor livers in Lynwood and it is a 15 min drive over to the boat ramp at Mulkilteo boat ramp where we launched the Jooly Ranger and headed south tworad Picnic Point and Edmond. We put 5 fish in the box and had several LDR plus several throw backs by 1030 am. Fish were caught at 60 feet on an outgoing tide using white dodgers and pink hoochies. Will be headed for Sweethome Oregon tomorrow to fish Green Peter Lake for the enxt week with the grandson and friends then home Sept 6 for the Shaver Lake tournament, till then best of luck all, Kent

We were up on Whidbey Island and stayed in Freeland in July. I was wondering about when the good times for fishing would be. My wifes girlfriend owns a home there and the launch is a few minutes away and a short hop to Deception Pass.
Have to bring the boat next time.
