I am a regular on a few of the charter boats out of Fort Bragg. They are professional operations and reasonably priced considering the multitude of costs and limited seasons those guys have to deal with.

Salmon are rarely a sure thing, however. I dunno how the action has been this week but a buddy of mine limited out in a couple hours this last Saturday. The next day he got nil. The general trend is that the action is picking up and I really wish I could get out there this weekend.

If the fish are there and biting, the charter boats will go the extra mile to get you your fish. They don't like being skunked any more than you do, believe me.

Let us know how you do!

Here's the latest Fort Bragg fishing report and it sounds fairly good though the action seems to be hotter up at Shelter Cove if you're willing to drive for an extra hour or so. Let us know how you do!
