All Concerned Fishermen,

Check out the following URL. It is a blueprint of terrorists' plan to kill California fisheries. Sort of an experiment. Just imagine, solids pass through these waters, what more if toxic liquids are passed through these waters?

The Terminator should pay more attention to our pleas for stopping water exports down south, unless he wants to terminate the Hollywood and Beverly Hills characters.

For all intent and purposes- The Clifton Court Forebay, being man made, requires analysis of Fish population decline due to the environmental changes. All of the data is very limited. The only stuff that is harder to understand is the formulas that were used to determine the statistics.
In general the Forebay has introduced new problems. Water flows temps ect... And sadly, the amount of thought that went into preservation of the Striper and Salmon sure hasn't been fruitful... Therefore, are trying to resolve the issues. Seems to me the data is insuffcient to provide the ideal solution. But they do have some data and that will definately help increase the survival rate. Plus this is a 2003 study. I hope things show improvement on the next study. I just wonder what this one cost.... <?>
