Thinking about going to Rancho Seco this Saturday. Has anyone ever fished Rancho Seco?

Yes but unless you are looking for bass wait until around November. Seco at it's deepest is around 25 ft and way to warm for trout right now.
I always have a good time there around Jan to April when it starts to get to warm.

Thanks CJ. I'll have to find a different lake to go to.

How would you rate Rancho Seco size wise? same as Amador? never been there but planning on going there with my Hobie this winter and spring.
