Ice House 5/18/08 and UVR 5/19/08

Yesterday in the late afternoon my son and I drove up to Ice House for PM fishing from 5 - 8 PM and we couldn't catch anything. I didn't see anyone land a fish bankies or boats.

Woke up this morning at 5:30 AM and headed for UVR, was not very pleased with Ice House after the skunk. My son caught 2 and I got one by the dam in 30 Mins. then the bite shut off. He caught the two smaller ones on a Gold Kastmaster and I got the bigger on on a Blue/Silver Criplure. Both days were unbelievably beautiful with perfect weather.

I'm new to this picture thing but I'll try it.

Well summer is kicking off and here we go sorry ya didnt catch much at Ice house but that lake has just a few places Ive done well off the bank,,,,,, To the left of the boat ramp say 200ft and cast out green powerbait,,,,,,,,,sometimes old school salmon eggs and nightcrawler...............The dam lure fishing.........The inlet I always do well salmon eggs but get there early and fish about 200ft down to the right from where the inlet actually goes in the main body of water........If that dont work theres a ton of others to try up there....I like gerele creek where it goes in lake lots of brookies .........
