got there around 7am, caught a couple nice ones early on worms, one was about 3lbs....then it got real slow, you could see schools of fish swimming right by the baits and they wouldnt really hit anything! managed to get 7 myself, and my buddy got 3, a couple on salmon eggs, one on a wooly bugger and 1 on powereggs, but for the amount of fish in the cove, the action was slow! but hey, beats work!

not too crowded, we were the only ones on our side of the cove, but the other side had a few people.

Fished the same spot yesterday as well. Started about 11ish or so. Ton of fish in the water all visible from the shoreline. Fishing was slow and the fish were picky. Bite picked up about 1:00 or so. Caught 9 fly fishing from the bank with black and olive buggers stripped back in at about 3 feet down. Kept 3 of them all planter size 10-12". Couple of big boys visible in the water though. The gate guy reported a plant taking place either yesterday or today. Have fun!
