Met with Wolfden and BreakofDawn at the North Minden staging area and headed to Topaz Lake. Arrived Topaz 7:15. Set our camp on the North shore. The weather was more befitting late spring then mid winter. Bright sun and little wind. The game warden stopped by to check out our licenses and to tell us the obvious news that no one was catching fish. We managed one fish between us on a double-double (2 nightcrawlers with 2 mallows.) Way to go Wolf. BreakofDawn and the Captain drew the skunk. BoD showed off his new white Jeep. Sweet. Enjoyed fishing with you guys. A beautiful day.

There were 5 or 6 boats on the lake that we could see. Mostly fishing the East shore and down south. There was still some ice in the middle of the lake.

Captain, look, you cannot let the fish dictate your results. If they are not biting you have to MAKE EM' BITE!!!

Thanks for another great report,

Yup! Everything Wolfden said, Capt. Thanks for always get us jazzed up for fishing. It sure was fun. You know when its not 5 degrees outside there is not much to complain about ;D Good luck the rest of this week!
Once the manufacture learns how to contain the smell of Dr. Death, we will see it on the market. I think the label reads...Skunk Repleant ;D ;D
